With that kind of a start you could try multi-unit or apartments, even a big hotel. Those can be found in any state.

LA. CA. I NEED SUGGESTIONS, I HAVE 100,000 EQUITY IN A HOUSE, AND it’s been rented out to the same couple for 10 years. THE HOUSE PAID OFF FREE and clear. SO in LA it’s tough VERY TOUGH I see to BUY, FIXUP and SELL at Profits more then 15-20,000, Real Estate and closing kills. I NEED SUGGESTIONS on where to go. My job is over in 6 months. I then will work for myself. I wanna build this 100,000 equity into a good income future. I need to earn money and at the same time invest. ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR BUY/FIX AND SELL…POSSIBLY MORE PROFATABLE SURROUNDING AREAS not as TIGHT as LA???
