Are you a seller trying to cash in on a land contract/purchase agreement but the buyer cannot obtain enough funds for closing costs, etc.
I work with a company that will allow your buyers to use the appraised value instead of the selling price.

P.S…I also come into contact with alot of people that are in foreclosure and want to get rid of their property…
