A memorandum allows someone to put it on record without disclosing the terms of it. An actual Land Contract still exists it just isn’t recorded, the Memorandum is.

Is there a difference between a memorandum of land contract and land contract? I’ve noticed when county records say ‘land contract’ the price is listed. If it says memorandum of land contract no price is listed.

Just doing a little background work.
