I watched it today. It seemed a bit dated although he offered good information. His video, as you may know, is geared towards smaller developments and I’m trying to learn about larger ones.

Has anyone developed lots and them sold them for mobiles? Not buying existing parks and converting but raw land that’s developed into a Manufactured Home Community.

Any info would be welcome. We’re looking at a couple of deals and I’d love to talk with someone who’s done it.
