My father and 3 partners purchased a 20 acre plot of undeveloped land that is paid in full, each partner is entitled to 5 acres. Whom do they go to and have this land divided. Plot is listed under 1 name not all 4 partners.
Looking for services to do this, who do they go to.
live in L.A. county land is in Lancaster
