There is no specific land trust contract to buy property. There is however a Land Trust Agreement that you use to place the property into a trust after you buy it. There are a bunch of other documents that have to be filled out as well.
If I or anyone else would send you a copy of the trust agreement it would be unfair to you because you really don’t understand how the land trust works or how it is created and operated!
Let me suggest that you invest in a course on Land Trusts! For a couple a three hundred dollars you’ll understand it then
