I was wondering if it would be possible to do this on your own. I live in San Diego and have 2 properties that I would like to be shielded. A friend recommended to get it done with an Escrow Services company. They charge about $300 for this.
I’d like to do this on my own if possible to save $$. Where can I get the proper forms for this?
