The land trust is used to keep your name or your company’s name off public record. A land trust will not prevent a law suit, but when used properly will prevent you from losing all your other assets in the event you do get sued. You should speak to a “qualified” attorney about how this would work best for you. Maybe contact some people from your local REIA to get recommendations for attorneys in your area.
