A land trust is a form of living trust, used solely for keeping your ownership of real estate private. You use a separate land trust for ownership of each property. A “living” trust (just a buzzword for a revocable, intervivos trust) is used for estate planning.

I have a whole bunch of undeveloped land in various states. I want to put it into a Trust. Someone mentioned a living trust to me in passing.
1)What is the difference between a land trust and a living trust?
2)Which is bettter to put all my land into?
3)Which would be more beneficial for me in the long term as I increase my portfolio?
