What is the best way to transfer by rental properties into a land trust? Are forms available on-line to perform this? Would the property appear on my credit report or on a search at the courthouse after transferred to a land trust? Who do you usually designate the trustee: a friend, attorney, etc and what actions are required of those individuals?
