I believe they are legal everywhere. The paperwork is a bit brutal. Check out William Bronchick’s Land Trust book. It will help you out.

Are land trusts legal in the State of Georgia. Is setting one up in the State of Georgia any different than anywhere else?

Louis Brown markets a land trust course and he is in Georgia and his forms are in Georgia’s format.

While the course is a bit costly, if you are doing deals there, it may be worth the money to have those local documents.
