Yes, the concensus here is put all property you are holding (not flips) into a land trust for each. Check back in the archives there should be plenty of stuff on doing the land trust.

I own several rental properties. Single and multi family. At present they are owned under my name. Should I put each one into a Landtrust. Can anyone tell me the pro’s and con’s of Landtrusts and how i can go about transferring my properties in to landtrust.

It cost to record deeds.

You may wanta put the next purchase in trust.

I do and always have put each and every property in a Land Trust.

Bronchicks course has the, Land Trust and Deed on disk Just fill-in the blanks.
