Thanks for your feedback. I’m looking for ways to fine tune my direct mail. I have heard her speak 2 or 3 times, and I like her (seemingly) nuts & bolts presentation.
Relatively speaking (relative to other courses), her course is a bit pricey… although I know the most important thing is the money the course can help you make.
Which direct mail campaings are working best for you?
I have been targeting “tired landlords”, but I haven’t gotten the response I’d hoped.
All the speakers make it sound easy to target “out of town owners”, but they never mention that the list takes A LOT of time to compile, since you have to purge the list of escrow servicing companies, mortgage companies, and REOs where the bank is on title, etc.
