In the CS Residential Lease with Option to Purchase what are the legal chargeable rates in Virginia? Could not find them in the law books I have.

The Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act (VRLTA) allows the landlord to collect, “reasonable charges for late payment…”
I’m not sure what common law provides for. You will need to know if your lease is subject to the VRLTA or common law. I’m not an attorney.
