I have a contract to sell my house which was build pre-1978. At the time of executing the contract, I didn’t include a lead disclosure. Closing is supposed to occur w/in the next week or so.
What do I need to do now? Send the pamphlet to buyer and check the box on contract that states buyer has been provided w/ this and have us both initial?
