I was taught to ; pick a neighborhood. Go door to door on a sat. Say , Hi I have a client that is looking for a house in this neighborhood. Do you know of anyone that is looking to sell?
Give a card
SYSTEMATICALLY go thru town & canvass
Endeavor to have a friendly aquaintence in every neighborhood , if possible
Join lady’s social groups & concentrate on getting to know folks
The key is a dignified systematic canvas. Can be with flyers which pose the same question, as above

I am a new real estate agent who is starving for leads.
Can somebody tell me what is the most effective method to generate leads as a real estate agent, I am looking for buyers and sellers? What course of action should I take to boost my real estate career. Please give your advice.

I have a friend who is an agent that goes after deals as an investor, but when the seller shows a lack of intrest in the unconventional (investor offer) , he more often than not gets the listing.
A good book I have found is “How to become a Power Agent in Real Estate” by Darryl Davis. Lots of good advice for the new or seasoned agent. He gives some great ideas on lead generation.
