I have used ACT in several different industries for lead tracking. I recommend it. It let’s you schedule follow-up calls and reminds you on that day to call. Plus a bunch of other stuff. --Lisa

Lookin’ to steal some ideas 
How do you guys keep track of potential sellers/buyers
without pulling your hair out.
Do you use a computer database (ACT,Access,Outlook,VB,etc)
or do you use good ole paper?
Whatever system you use - how do you keep from
entering a single contact multiple times?
How do you schedule your calls?
