Start by cruising the neighborhoods that have signs out for sale by owner, look in the news paper lots of times people will advertise they are a motivated seller.
You might want to take a look at your credit reports and check them for accuracy since 638 is not low but can be a bit higher, especially when you start getting a few inquiries on there you need some room to move.
I would like to start doing REI but need some input. I purchased the ebook from www.getthedeed.com and would like to concentrate on doing subject to and L/O deals. I live in San Diego and dont have a lot of cash to spend on advertising. My FICO score is 638. I need to find motivated sellers. What’s the best way to start and how?
