I have posted parts of my first deal as things have gone haywire at times but I think I have finally gotten myself a tenant on a lease option. At this point I need the documents to write up a contract. Does anyone know where I can get them from? I know I have to have a lawyer look over them and I am in the process of finding one now. But I’m not sure where to find the necessary contracts. Please help. Tenant wants to move in next week.
