Tell your Tenant/Buyer to visit legalwhiz or whatever to see the forms himself. I’d even have them print them out and hand deliver to you. You can tell them you’ll reduce the 1st months rent by $5.00 for their trouble.

lease/option forms - Posted by Rajen (ga)

Hi Friends,
I need ‘lease/option’ forms, both as ‘buyer/rentor’ and ‘seller/rentor’ ASAP. I have to fax the blank copy to the seller by tomorrow.
I tried to download from legalwiz.com, but could not do it because when I try to print, the computer freezes and none of the buttons work. Only way to get out is to RESET the computer.
So friends, please help.
Thanks,
Rajen.

If this is your first DEAL…May I strongly suggest that you pay an attorney from your state to fill the forms out…This will serve a multitude of purposes…one it will be legal in your state…two the forms will be filled out correctly
and three you can then copy these forms that your attorney has used and re use them or modify them as you become more experienced
Just my opinion…then again I have done 9 deals in
two days
