I have a possible lease/option deal, and was wondering if anyone has a sample lease/option agreement (pro tenant/buyer). I have all the forms for when I am the landlord/seller. I am meeting with my attorney tomorrow and would like to have him show him the example of a pro-tenant/buyer lease/option.
