I have a motivated seller an would like to know the best way to proceed with a possible deal.
here are the details:
seller owes: 230k
house value: 315k
payment: 2900.00 per month
He is behind 5 payments 15k and would like 4k to put in his pocket to move.
Anybody with ideas on how to do this deal.
