Education is power. The cost of these courses are very small in the whole scheme of things. I can’t speak personally about Bronchick’s, but Joe’s style is great and very easy reading. I like the tired landlord portion. Very creative.

To all,
I was just curious as to everyone’s opinion on who has the best lease option courses out there. I’ve narrowed it down to Diamond, Bronchick and Kaiser, and I was wondering if any of you wanted to throw your two cents in. Bronchick’s is priced higher, but if it’s better that’s fine. Any input positive or negative would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all ahead of time.

I have Bronchick’s course and I think it is great for someone who is just starting out, however I plan on picking up Joe’s course very soon.
