Bill Bronicheck has great forms with his course. I just got the course recently and wish I would have invested in it years earlier. It is availble thru this site or www.legalwiz.com

Lease/option & Subject to- forms & scripts - Posted by Larry S.

Hello! Could anybody tell me where I can read a general “script” regarding what to say to an owner when meeting with them to try and sign either a subject to deal or a lease/option deal? Also, where can I find out what forms I need to properly sign the deal and protect my interests? Any comments from seasoned investors would be welcomed.
Thank you to anybody who can provide me with this information. Have a great day!
Sincerely,
Larry S.

Ray Como has a Script Book that he refined from the results of thousands of calls. He has a MSN group site. If you do a Google? search or search on Yahoo for ?The House Buying King,? you can find him.
I like many of Bronchick?s forms, too.
