I am very interested in using lease option strategies for creative financing.
In the example presented by Mr. Bronchick in his article “$100 Yields $20,000 Cash in Six Months” how did he get around not being on title to the property? Did the bank have a problem with simultaneous deeds being recorded at closing? Many banks that I deal with have a problem with these “flip” situations, was this an issue?
