Write up your contract and have the agent present it to their buyers, or present it with the agent there. An agent may pursue it, especially when the property is not selling. I am not sure what you mean about the short version. Submit contract, see if it gets accepted. That is about the shortest I can word it. :slight_smile:

Has anyone ever used a realtor to do lease option. By this I mean seeing house for sale with a realtor and trying to set up a lease option with the seller through the realtor. I know the seller must be somewhat motivated but if the listing is near expiration does this sound like something a realtor would pursue? If anyone has done this can you please give a short version of their deal?
