What is the different (if any) between lease
options, owner finance and lease purchase? I have

About as much difference as night and day. In the L/O the prospective purchaser does not have to complete the deal. You as the L/O buyer retain your “walk away power”.
In the seller financed deal there is a sale and the seller is the mortgagee just as the bank would be if you had borrowed from a bank. So you could not just choose not to do the deal, because it is already done. Hope this helps some, if not you might consider some more study and reading before you do either one…ED
