Lease-Purchase contract- HELP !!! - Posted by Ozzy

I am in desperate need of a lease-purchase contract to start doing deals. I cannot find anyone to sell me one without buying their learning materials. I have a few great leads, but cannot follow up on them because of a lack of contracts. Can someone please help me???

They won’t sell you a car without a driver’s license either.

Sorry, you may be very, very different, but with an agreement and no supporting knowledge you may only know enough to be dangerous.

Your local board of realtors probably has some available. Maybe a realtor can give you one. However, it probably will be weighed in favor of the seller. Check out legalwiz’s site too (see below)

This may sound like a sales pitch, but . . .

You can download a sample form from my site (www.legalwiz.com), but there is much more you need to protect yourself. However, you shouldn’t be “pennywise and poundfoolish” when it comes to contracts. You may save a few hundred bucks, but one mistake could cost you thousands.

If you are serious about doing some deals that will make you several thousand, a few hundred bucks is peanuts!

Ozzy,

Go to http://www.legalwiz.com and click on “Forms”. You will have to download the free Acrobat Reader but the forms are worth the effort.
