This will give you everything you will ever need. The cost is less than what it will cost to have an attorney draw up one contract. You can use these forms over and over again on all your future deals. Best of all, this is all written by a very good real estate attorney. If you can’t afford to get this then you are not ready to invest yet. Especially with lease options.

Is there a general LEASE-PURCHASE agreement that someone can recommend. I’m working with an attorney with my first deal, but I’m wanting to get a more general document at my disposal w/o having to pay the attorney fees on my next deals.
