I am currently renting an investment property to a friend and the situation is definately a win / win. We are entertaining the thought of a two year lease option to buy. Two questions: 1) What is the best way to find a purchse price? 2) What percent credit should I give towards the purchase of the home on the lease payment (I do have a positive cash flow)?
