Having explored this site extensively over the last few days the area of lease options is becoming more attractive to me as a way to get your feet wet in REI.The idea of fast cash without the hassles of long term ownership is pretty appealing.With that in mind any of you more seasoned investors with any feedback regarding the relative merits of the courses offered by Bronchick or LeGrand who would take the time to enlighten me would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Frank b.
