I understand from reading archives here that moderators personnaly review each course offered here. Does LeGrand’s Marketing course not meet your standards?
Can anyone recommend a good Marketing course in RE? I realize that I can find plenty of information in the archives, but I am looking for sample postcards, flyers, business cards, etc.

“The ABC’s of Subject To” course available from getthedeed.com has a terrific section on marketing. They credit much of their marketing to a man named Kennedy, but I don’t remember his first name at the moment. But the ABC’s course has a lot of marketing tools you can use with only a simple rewrite, like change the phone number in some cases. In other cases you’ll have to do a little more than that, but not much.
