The requirements you listed for obtaining a construction loan for the mini storage project are satisfactory. I assume the 5% down are the points being charged for the loan, and will be due and payable at the time of closing on the construction loan. The appraiser has been working on the apprasil for three weeks and should be done this week hopefully.
How long will it take to set up the construction loan, I’m still one week away from getting all the hard costs nailed down.

Need 15 year mortgage for a mini storage project consisting of 116 units and an office orginally, there is room to expeand in the future. 60%LTV

I have lending sources that will go 65%LTV and allow you to get a second from the seller for 20% for a CLTV of 95%,you only have to come up with 5% down . If interested e-mail me at pedigo60016@yahoo.com
