OK…I have benn reading the posts here…asking questions and getting great replies back…
Now I feel I am somewaht ready to get started…BUT one thimg holds me back…MY CREDIT! I need to know how to track down lenders who specialize in credit probs and such.
I know they are there…how do I get started?

Contact a mortgage broker…check the yellow pages.
Ed, I bought a house just last month with seller financing and they didn’t even do a credit check on me. And I got 7.5% interest with minimal down payment. Also another avenue to pursue might be lease options.
