Are there any lenders out there in the subprime market that will allow assignment fees on the HUD statement? Or is this a practice of the past?

How can you get around that issue if that is the case?

I feel on pretty firm ground by saying the lender won’t permit an assignment fee paid from proceeds if the sale is a preforeclosure short sale…

However, I never say never. Why not ask them?
