Don’t make this so complicated. The purchase contract should indicate the terms. Just assign the contract. You have to work quickly to get it done and closed. The last couple I did I had 10 days from approval to closing. You can look for a HML to handle thisa short term, if necessary to get more time. There are a number of lenders that are nationwide that have no seasoning requirements. Consult you local mtg broker

Hey all…

I tried to search archives but didn’t see anything.
Would like to know if there are some lenders in Chicago area that don’t require seasoning. I have a short sale deal and plan on selling it retail once I get it approved by lender. If not do I need to create a land trust for the homeowners and assign the beneficial interest to me? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
