Freddie,

I was hoping that once you identified your location, you would receive responses from investors in your area. Since no one else has responded, here are three leads I found at another web site. They were listed as doing hard money loans nationwide.

Does anyone know of anybody that will lend on value of the property only and does not consider or care about the borrowers credit. If someone could please email me this information I would greatly appreciate it.
