Ok, I’ve done my homework, put together our business plan. Included photos of current inventory. Closing statements and photos of rehabs that have been sold. Ready to meet the Banker…

He wants to take us out to lunch on Monday to show his appreciation for our business. I think I’ve already got him where I want him… Now he just has to reach into the vault and pull out some money :slight_smile:
