Any luck with Eastern? My ex is in the same situation, with a middle score of 486. In mid December it was 500 but he missed a few bills.

He’s out of work right now and has fallen on really hard times. Let me know if Eastern has worked for you.

I am assuming no one knows of a lender that can help me get my client out of foreclosure?? Are there any other Creative suggestions? My client has a 488 score, about 70K in equity.

There are a couuple of lenders out there. Eastern Savings, BNC, Encore.
