Read, read, read! You need to read this site from start
to finish. And join that REI club. That is another inexpensive source of learning.

I want to get started in Real Estate. If you have the experience but no time, I have time to search for deals. We can work something out. I am near the detroit metropolitan area. I know of only one real estae club in this area. This might be a virgin area for REI. I don’t know but I think we can work together.
