Last week I rode around and found 30 vacant homes in my area. I took pictures and made notes about each property. Then I went to the tax assessors office and found the owner’s name and address for each of the properties. Now I’m attempting to contact them. I’ve seen on a few sites a letter that can be used as a template or guide to contact the owners of these vacant properties. Now when I need it, I cant seem to find one. If anything, I would just need it as a guide for writing my own letter. Also, what should I say when calling the owners directly? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
