I was actually wondering if anyone had a marketing letter to send to attornies or accountants when you’re looking for hard money loans or homes to buy.
****I found an accountanting firm that ONLY works with the very very wealthy…so naturally I was thinking hard money loans!
Can anyone offer some advice?

I visited my divorce attorney this past week and left him my business cards. I doubt they’ll think of me unless I start sending them faxes a couple times a month, but it was a start. I think there are some possibilities here.
No, I’m not getting a divorce! LOL At least not that I know of.
