Dickson’s video deals primarily with setting up mobile homes on their own piece of property. You buy some land, provide a septic tank, water pump, and all necessary hook-ups. Lots of actual on-site instruction. For the money, I think it is really very good. He tells things to watch out for that could save you lots of time and $$$. If you think you might be interested in this arena, I would certainly recommend it.

Has anyone purchased Lewis Dickson’s video course “How To Develop Mobile Home-Land Investents”? If so, how would you rate/recommend the educational content? Is it specific? I have purchased/studied Lonnie’s book (Deals on Wheels) and was very pleased. I wanted some additional education on developing small land tracts with “Lonnie Deals” and Lewis Dickson’s video seems interesting. Any and all opinions welcomed. Thanks in advance!
