In MD, disclosure of licensee status is required when buying or selling RE. This may present a problem when advertising in the newspaper because (if) the broker needs to be listed in all print advertising.

If the property is held by an entity such as an LLC or Corporation rather than just a licensed individual, would this allow me to advertise without putting my broker’s name in my advertising? Is there any other way around this issue? (This information may make the difference as to whether or not I actually get my license.)
