Don’t know a lot about Limited Partnerships but it always brings to mind when I had some investments through a stock broker (big mistake) a few years ago. One was a Limited Partnership and I found out that it is a tax nightmare. I vowed never to get involved with one again.
Actually being the principal in one is another thing but I would check out the tax ramifications.
