My question is, when forming a business entity, what should I use? the only ones that I know of are the following: LLC, C-corp. and S-corp.

  1. When I?m holding property?s as rentals should I use a LLC?
  2. When flipping properties should I use a C?
  3. And S I really don?t know much about it.

Any help on these would truly be appreciated.
