Does anyone know of a reputable company that helps set up LLC’s? I have heard that it is best to set one up in Nevada, but not really sure where to go from there. There are a lot on the web, but who knows how many of them are reputable.

David, I just recently set up my LLC through a company call The Corporation Company. They took care of everything. It cost me just over $400 dollars which I could have saved if I had gone through the process myself, but fear of the unknown lead me to do it this way.
