A catchy name for your 1st LLC, list it in the phone book, people will remember it. I formed other LLC’s for other investments,(Sunshine Ventures LLC) Like the lease signings, options, contracts etc. I always say its another group of investors other than my original LLC so I can make up a good reason not to allow them to lease, buy, have a cat etc.

I have a question regarding doing Lonnie deals through an LLC. I am trying to come up with a sensible name for our LLC, and I am wondering how important the name is. I know that some business’ that is fairly important. I would appreciate any advice or suggestions you folks may have.
