Think of your llcs and corps as your sargeants and generals you shall march into battle. Have them ready and waiting in the wings for when you are ready to pounce with an offer. Depending on what state you are in (hopefully not California), it’s cheap (and easy) to set these up and maintain them. I just set up two more a couple weeks ago. I have no idea what deal they will get involed in yet. But when the deal surfaces, they will be ready.

I really like Bronchick’s LLC and corp materials. They have paid for themselves many times over. I also only use the LLCs for rental property.

Dear Group;

I have yet to do my first deal (but getting close) My question is this, because I may have my first deal as a subject to, I would think that I would want to list my LLC as the trustee. Should I set up my LLC prior to doing my first subject to deal so everything falls in place, or what? Please help before I make my first deal.
