In a husband and wife LLC, can you transfer the rights to operate the LLC and the property it owns by writing this in the operating agreement of the LLC? We have one daughter and want her to be able to take over the monster if we both die suddenly. We don’t want to make her a member now because of the partnership issues. She probably will not want to operate the business at that point, but I just want to word it so she can take over and sell the properties.
